Sides

There are two sides to everything.
I have heart that said
But that is wrong;
There are more than two.

Each of us is a side
We see the world differently
No two people see the same
None share every feeling.

There's no such thing as us and them
Each one of us is different
And all people are a different side
There's millions of people.

Five sides make a pentagon
Eight a stop sign
The more you add the closer you get
To a circle.

Don't give me that us and them bit.
I'll tell you where I stand.
The only side is life
For all mankind.
