The frameset page is like a picture frame which holds the other pages. The frameset page has no body tag at all, ever. The pages you see when you click onto a page with frames are seperate pages.

The trick, of course, is to get the pages to appear in the frames you want them in. I'm going to try to explain as simply as I can, how to set up frames for your page.
